Exceptional
Perfect place for a couple of nights. Will certainly stay again
Liked: We were in Llandudno golfing for the weekend and the house was perfect for us. Literally next to the course! The hot tub was a good addition and Donna even left a bottle of prosecco for our arrival! I left my Apple Watch in the property when we left and was sent it FOC. Can’t thank them enough and had a great stay. Will certainly stay again next time we are in the area
Disliked: Parking/road outside was pretty busy but that’s all.
Liked: House was comfortable.
Disliked: Reported the main light in the lounge.

Liked: It was clean and well equipped and the hosts friendly. It's nearness to a very beautiful and quiet beach was excellent. Hot tub was great

Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the property!
Liked: The property was great, ideal for what we were looking for. It had everything we needed for the 2 nights we were there. The rooms were a really good size, beds were comfy and spacious and bathroom facilities great. The hot tub was great, spacious, etc. We utilised the TV in terms of Netflix, Prime for films etc and also the games that were there. Would definitely recommend!
Disliked: As others have mentioned previously, the road around the property isn't ideal but I'm sure the owner is already aware of this. During our stay, we got really lucky with the weather as it did rain quite a bit but it was dry at the right times for us. As it rained overnight, the road develops large puddles, so can be muddy when walking on and is a task to dodge them while driving out of the estate.
A great property for a relaxing stay
Liked: We wanted self catering for the extra space, and a hot tub. Traeth Teras has what we needed. Located on a small, quiet street with free parking, it was close enough to Llandudno - we had a taxi a couple of times and then the bus. The hot tub was glorious after long days exploring! The kitchen was well equipped (but we didn’t cook), and the shower was powerful. The house has two good sized double rooms and a smaller single room - a good family size property. Our host, Donna, was very helpful and friendly. We would recommend!
Disliked: The roads around the property are not adopted so are in quite poor repair. Taxis won’t come to the property but will pull up nearby.
