Liked: The location and the big room
Disliked: Generally did not feel clean or cared for, from the can full of soggy cigarette butts at the back entry door to the dirty stairway carpet and ricketty, chipped stairway railing. It has a lot of potential to be upgraded to a nice place but a long way to go.

Liked: Very centrally located and enough parking space. The room (deluxe) was spacious enough although it lacked any chairs or side table. Sufficient breakfast choices to start the day.
Disliked: We arrived at 2:30 pm to find the house completely empty, clean, and seemingly ready to welcome guests. We only wanted to drop off our bags, but the host then arrived and asked us to wait. Although self-check-in instructions had been provided, it was not made clear that we had to wait until 3:00 pm before entering the property. It would be helpful to communicate this more explicitly in the instructions to avoid any confusion for future guests.
Lovely hotel in a peaceful countryside location with a beautiful lake view and excellent mornings
Liked: We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s located in a beautiful small countryside town, with a peaceful lake right opposite the hotel. The location was excellent, and the morning views were absolutely beautiful. A relaxing and pleasant place to stay—would definitely recommend! I'll visit again for sure.
Disliked: One small disappointment was that basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo and other bathroom essentials were not provided, but that's fine. Not big issue. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for its beautiful location and relaxing atmosphere.
