Exceptional
Liked: Location very central and convenient. The flat is excellent -very well-equipped, with a huge and really comfy bed. Everything is modern, stylish and in new condition - it even has a bean-to-cup coffee machine - luxury indeed! It has been very thoughtfully and tastefully updated.
Disliked: Paid parking only and no direct access to building from the road. This was OK for us, though not ideal, but the flat is not really suitable for anyone with mobility issues because of this and the fact that it is up two flights of quite steep stairs.

The apartment was lovely and it was only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Oban
Liked: The apartment was very clean and comfortable..lovely decor and excellent facilities. The extra large bed was so comfy
Disliked: The parking is on the busy main road. If you had lots of luggage its awkward as then you seem to go down a back alley and the apartment is up 3 flights of concrete stairs..We weren't aware there was 30 steps to climb. The bedroom looked over a garden but the lounge looked over someone's kitchen..blinds drawn for privacy

Liked: Lovely and clean. All requirements met - kitchen well equipped even though we didn’t require it. Toiletries were plentiful and smelled lovely. Would have been nice to have a few extra throws/cushions for warmth. We didn’t bother putting heaters on.
Disliked: It was tucked away and we couldn’t find it initially. We were tired from driving so a small map might have helped.

Liked: The apartment was very modern, well-equipped with kitchen utensils and coffee machine and clean.
Disliked: We could not switch on the heating in the apartment (maybe because it was controlled by an app?)
