Exceptional
Oban base for 5 days
Liked: The house, everything in it is excellent, it is cosy. Easy to walk to and from downtown. Good parking, well kept.
Disliked: If you are light sleepers could be an issue. The house is near a busy intersection and although fitted with double glazing some noise does get through.
Brillant holiday cottage
Liked: Liked everything about the accomadation.Clean comfortable easy to get to centre of oban.No complaints.
Disliked: Cannot find fault!
Lovey clean and comfortable house that felt homely
Liked: The house clean, comfortable and larger than expected. Close to decent shops and just a short walk from the waterfront. Loved the highland coo design and the beautiful homemade shortbread left as a welcome gift.
Disliked: Nothing really, does require a little maintenance. Nothing that bothered or interfered with our stay, and if we go back to Oban, we will try booking this property.
Would visit again, home from home
Liked: Lovely welcoming home with everything we needed. We tend to stick to lower budget accommodation to keep the cost down but the living room and dining room were done to a high standard here. The bedding and towels were also very clean and fresh. The location was ideal. You can hear traffic in the front 3 bedrooms which for us was not a problem as we wanted to be close to the sea front, shops and main road.
Disliked: We like a welcome pack (local recycling info, number for local urgent care service etc). We did find instruction manuals appropriately placed in a kitchen drawer and had excellent Wi-Fi to checkout everything else.
No complaints. Having washer/dryer was a nice bonus!
Liked: Everything was excellent! The house was quiet, clean comfortable and easy walk into town. Grocery stores were an easy walk and appreciated the easy parking.
Comfortable accommodation in a good location close to all amenities
Liked: Great location close to supermarkets and just a 10 minute walk into town
Disliked: Taking our cases up the stairs to the bedrooms was a bit awkward
