  Please avoid! Terrible place and rude hosts

  Disliked: Awful place, do not stay here. On arrival, I saw my room which had stained carpets and walls and the floor was so disgusting, I could not be bare foot. When I woke up at night and needed to go to the toilets I put my feet down and could feel the dirt and grease in the carpet. There was no hook for my coat or to dry my towels, so nothing dried overnight, despite having to improvise by hanging my wet coat on the fire door hook. We were told we would have Complimentary breakfast but then I received a message in the day of arrival saying that they wouldn't be offering that but to ask for alternatives. I was leaving at 8am every day to go to the boat and so that made it harder as I hadn't planned to have to find breakfast first. Went to shop and bought some porridge in a cup as a solution but when I went to make the porridge, the kettle was broken. I put my sign out to have my room turned over 3 times and it only happened once. So I was left with wet towels and rubbish in bags. I tried to take the rubbish out myself but there was no bigger bin or rubbish bin outside. Overall, awful place and I would have been better in a backpacking hostel and at least them I would have had access to a kitchen.

  Woukd go there again

  Liked: Room was very comfy, food in restuarant was great.

  Disliked: Parking was a problem but that was mainly guests parking badly with no thought fir others
