Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Good location, comfortable bed
Disliked: The bed sheets were dirty, the heating didn't work and the shower telephone was leaking. The owners weren't there and didn't answer our messages in the app and had to call them in order to communicate. Still no answer in the app. They did change the sheets but nothing was done with the heating nor were we informed about it. We used a small electrical heater available which helped.
Central, spotlessly clean, just the job whilst passing by to catch the ferry
Liked: Central, spotless
Disliked: Noisy guests who’d lost their keys, which is not at all the fault of the property!
Liked: Location is good and room was clean.
Disliked: We were told late in the game that there would be no breakfast. You need to pay for parking.
Liked: Lived everything about it the location the price the facilities. I wanted for nothing while I was there
Disliked: Nothing
Great place in Ft William
Liked: Location was great, beds comfy. Felt luxurious.
Disliked: The wording on the signage was a little off putting. Guests are forbidden in all areas but room or something like that.
I would recommend this especially for people needing beds for 3-4
Liked: Good location. Quiet but close to everything.
Disliked: Nothing.
