Pleasant
Liked: Although some comments complain about the state of the hotel (being dated and in need of major upgrade), we liked the charm of this hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful, and we appreciated the friendly reception also of our dog.
Really enjoyed our stay, staff so friendly and helpful, the minestrone soup was fantastic,I had it every night of our sta
Liked: So handy for the town, and for visiting the surrounding area.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t lie about the property.
Avoid at all costs
Liked: The receptionist was very helpful but the place is incredibly tired.
Disliked: For a start the place looked closed. No upstairs lights showing and only the sunlounge at front lit but appeared to be being used as a furniture store. Eventually I spotted a dimly lit bar. The whole place looked shabby and felt very tired. There was definitely a feel about the place of the Motel in Pyscho but perhaps they had decorated the hotel for Hallowe’en? Room was tiny and shabby. Cup and saucer didn’t match. In fact it was a cup and plate. Bathroom hideous and loo seat was way past its sell by date. I chose not to stay.
Liked: Leaving
Disliked: It was filthy
Liked: Close to centre. Free car park
Disliked: Shabby. Needs updating. My single room was sea view, yes if you are standing up.
Liked: Location value,staff
Disliked: Nothing all good
