Fine For A Short Stay
Liked: Great location
Disliked: Decor very tired and could do with a freshen up. Although the continental breakfast was adequate, would have preferred a cooked breakfast.
No real complaints but didn't offer enough to stop me from considering other places if I come back
Liked: Great location. Amenable to a very early check-out.
Disliked: Staff were not overly friendly (though they weren't at all rude). The in-room TV didn't work.
Liked: It was a disgusting dirty horrible place to stay.have taken photos of the dirty toilet. Open from 3pm. Not open till 4pm.. the room we had at the top of the house was a fire risk. Bedside lights and kettle connect to plug in socket. Bed worn out and bumpy. Could not get much sleep.
Disliked: Didn't like anything left early.
Basic digs. Good area but parking difficult and costs
Liked: Good location. Clean.
Disliked: Very uncomfortable mattress, springs bottoming out and lumpy. Not en-suite, difficult to tell this from website. Presumed en-suite but it wasn’t. Parking difficult.
It was fine for what I wanted and a great location
Liked: Breakfast was fine- light Continental self serve. Location perfect front reason for visiting the town.
Disliked: There was a horrid crinkly mattress protector on the bed - also the first night, a very loud drain noise coming from the sink. In the end I put the plug in and that stopped it! Also the shower either scalded you or froze you- no continual steady heat.
Comfortable,clean guest house within comfortable walking distance of central Oban
Liked: Excellent room and comfortable bed. Nice view over to Mull
Disliked: A little impersonal. It would have been nice to have some fruit for breakfast.

Parking is available in the street, and there is pay and display parking at the end of the road which is free between 18:00 and 09:00.
