Fabulous
Central, compact and clean - we’ll be back
Liked: A lovely warm welcome from Chris who even let us check in a bit early which was great. Compact and clean for those who need a place to lay their heads while exploring beautiful Oban. The breakfast bag was a lovely surprise.
The room and bathroom were small but had everything we could ask for, very clean, quiet & cozy
Liked: The staff was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Location is terrific.
Worn down hotel
Liked: Good location
Disliked: No parking, felt dingy, no lift to 4th floor rooms. No check in lobby, registered at the bar.
Disappointing but decent in a pinch
Liked: Good location close to the harbor -breakfast bag was helpful for when we had to leave early for 3 island cruise
Disliked: very cramped and not comfortable at all - bed and bathroom were clean but the stairs are hard to navigate with bags - there is no entrance except through the bar or alley
Great place, great location
Liked: We loved our stay at The Whisky Vaults. The location is great and the accommodation was very comfortable. We had the bonus of live music in the bar in the evening - which was just brilliant. I can highly recommend.
