  Central location and convenient for all aspects of dining and shopping

  Liked: Central location. Spacious

  Disliked: Some appliances did not work correctly, and this was known to the letting agents previously. We were pleased with the corrective actions undertaken by contractors but not so impressed with the reactions of the staff at the office when we visited to emphasise our disappointment. They reacted as if they couldn't care less, and gave the impression of ambivalence to our concerns. In saying that, we were pleased at the response received by phone calls. We did have an issue with the cluttered access to the boiler in closet. We took some photos and gave them to the letting agents.

  Can't wait to be back

  Liked: First class property in a first-class location. All we wanted and more. Right smack bang in the middle of the town so walking distance to the whole of StAndrews.

  Very spacious, clean and well appointed accommodations

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay here! Very spacious, clean and well appointed accommodations. The kitchen was very well equipped and the location was excellent. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay there again.
