  Pleasant bu the smell in the corridors is terrible

  Liked: Modern facilities, availability of different type of rooms, location.

  Disliked: The breakfast, restaurant, and overall food quality were disappointing. There was a very unpleasant smell in the corridors, apparently caused by guests cooking and frying food in their rooms. The ventilation system is inadequate, and opening the windows does not solve the problem. As a result, the building smells bad.

  Liked: Bar/ restaurant was nice. To be fair, the girl on reception seemed nice enough, but it seemed like she could've done with more support. Hotel seemed clean (even if our particular room was late being finished)

  Disliked: Ive already submitted this. Could've and should've been value for money, but the experience unfortunately didn't live up to this.. I however didnt want to give the lowest rating out of 10 as there's potential. Perhaps more support and extra training would be beneficial. Although this is only my opinion based off my experience..

  Disliked: We left within the hour of arriving as we didn’t like the property. We didn’t ask for a refund of the room but we did ask one for the breakfast that we wouldn’t be taking. The receptionist gave us the contacts of the manager but despite several tries, the manager never got back to us

  We stayed 1 night out of the 2 nights we had booked, only reason being was that we arrived at teatime and had dinner boo

  Disliked: Room was dirty Hairs found in shower and in sink Bedding marked Worktop unclean Soap dispenser was filled with water Breakfast was shocking, many items not replenished.
