Excellent cosy comfortable in a perfect location

Liked: What a welcome from the owners, 2 advent calendars with a loverly note. A Christmas tree and a few personal touches. Always so clean, such comfortable bed and sofa. Perfect location right in the heart of St Andrews.

    Disliked: Nothing.

Nice house, shame about the surly service agents

Liked: Great location and nicely decorated house

Disliked: Maintenance issues, upstairs loo was not functioning for 3 days due to broken flush action. Out of hours service does not work correctly as process is not reported to agent and service agent staff (st Andrews short stay) are dismissive with low customer service attitude and poor progress communication
