Good
Nice views and friendly staff, but no working sauna
Liked: The hotel is not new, but it has a really great location. Our room had a balcony with a view of the river and the forest. We really enjoyed the sound of the cascading river water. Free parking right by the hotel was a big plus. There is also a bus stop right near the hotel, so you can easily take a bus to Andorra la Vella. You can also take a nice walk in the nearby forest and play mini-golf. The room was a bit dated, but clean. The bed was comfortable, and the room was warm, which was nice since it had already gotten a bit chilly outside. Breakfast was included — nothing special, but enough to fill you up. The staff were very friendly and responded quickly to all our requests. Thanks for the birthday wishes.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find out that the hotel sauna and pools have been out of service for a long time. The hotel description doesn't mention that the spa facilities and sauna are unavailable. We also paid extra for dinner one evening and, to be honest, were disappointed: the selection of dishes was small, and the food wasn't to our taste.

Liked: The location was fabulous and the breakfast was lovely and the staff and people surrounding the area were so helpful and kind. The views were given Twilight vibes so if that’s your thing then definitely book at this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like about this hotel.
Lovely hotel!
Liked: We had such a lovely stay! The hotel is beautifully located with amazing views. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff was so genuinely kind, welcoming and helpful. It didn't feel like just professional hotel service, but like they truly cared about their guests. It made us feel very welcome and made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend! The bus stop is very close to the hotel and restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The room is very very spacious and has a proper size balcony. The room was on the back side of the building overlooking a stream.
Disliked: The hotel is built in several sections and my room was in the old section of the hotel. The decor of the hallways is somewhat outdated and the elevator feels a bit sketchy.
