Pleasant
Liked: Beautiful views of the river and snowy hills. The host was very responsive, and the key collection was seamless and easy. Highly recommended!
Disliked: While the location is a bit far from Andorra la Vella, it's perfectly manageable if you have a car. Just a heads-up: public parking nearby is quite limited, so plan accordingly.
The weather was fantastic!
Liked: We had an apartment for 4-6 people, and we came as a family with two kids. In this configuration, the apartment was great. However, the single bathroom would have been really troublesome with 6. Further, the parking situation is really bad. We have a big car... which was not compatible with the underground parking lot. There are no places outside. I parked the car ~ 1 km down the road, and started every day with a few minutes of jogging to fetch the car. Not a big issue once you organize yourself, but, honestly, very inconvenient. The communication via WhatsApp is a ChatBot, not a real person. Never short for an answer!
Disliked: The situation for parking a car is very inconvenient. The road is very noisy; impossible to open any window on that side of the building. Single bathroom. Not appropriate for 6 guests, which is the official capacity.

Liked: Great central location
Disliked: Apartment was super basic - minimal cooking equipment, tiny detergent provided, no tea towels. Parking and wifi were both extra and quite expensive
Ok if you just need the walls to sleep
Liked: It’s a great property if you just need walls and just a roof.
Disliked: The bad conditions of beds, the stuff and lack off space to park, check in very very bad and we had to do the check in the a hotel 10-15 min away
This is not a safe or convenient location for your family when Canillo3000jokes have no duty of care
Liked: We liked the location as it is close to El tarter and Canillo Grandvalira resort it was also convenient to a restaurant we like. like the mountain behind block and even some of the locals who live in the adjacent apartments were helpful. I feel sorry for them in all honesty having to live beside mismanaged apartments. One lady told us there is always problems with parking as we struggled to park there even though we paid for it and we had to struggle with skis and children while parking near a bus stop.
Disliked: Absolute nightmare checking in plus we were receiving instructions from 2 different people on whatsapp in Spanish from the same company? Communication is not their strength here we phone 24 hours before and was unable to communicate with person over the phone. we had to drive extra hour to check in after already driving 3 hours. We were not the only ones as people kept trying to get into our apartment late at night as they were also having difficulties checking in. I didn't like alcoholics jumping out his window on ground floor to piss near entrance either. I did like the infestation of insects in the apartment and neither did my children. I do not like the fact they are not automatically. Health and safety issue with the wardrobe door left behind door which nearly injured my 8 year old. falling to wardrobe wall and then when maintenance come I had to literally tell him to remove it. He fixed seat which broke immediately once he left I did like the dust on floors and dirty fingerprints all over the windows and we was assured by Isabella Or Agisella there would be a cleaner the next morning with a kettle. Cleaner or kettle never arrived. The final straw was the infestation of insects coming from under the floor boards climbing on my little girls bed. No one ever addressed these issues which I have records of reports.
