One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in
Liked: Beautiful location, nice room and restaurants, very comfortable foyer with bar included, spa, corteous staff. Everything joined together in a perfect experience. Already wish for a next stay.
Beautiful ski resort hotel
Liked: The room was excellent, very old-world, spacious, with big bath-tub, real glasses and cups, a plate of fruit, etc. The view is superb. It's walking distance from the gondola. It has comfortable sitting areas, ski storage, spa, restaurant, coffee bar - real hotel!

A skiers hotel
Liked: Well located. Well organized. Excellent breakfast. Nice staff.
Disliked: Door lock not working well
A bit overpriced. A bit lacking personal touch
Liked: Good try to create family suite with small kids. Food was good
Disliked: Price/quality too high. Sound insulation terrible. For 3 days the room was not cleaned because all the time we were already back from ski
