  Great stay

  Liked: Great location just 50 meters from the ski lift, which couldn’t have been more convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We chose the breakfast and dinner option, and the food was delicious — exactly what we needed after a long day of skiing. We also used the sauna, which was a great bonus. Highly recommended!

  Its closed dont book this place

  Liked: The property was closed for renovations. We were however able to book it. We did get a email telling us that it was closed in the morning but we were walking and without phone reception. We had to find out if it was closed no answer by phone.

  Disappointing

  Disliked: I've booked the room long before coming. When I arrived, the hotel was closed with a note on the door that it is under renovation. I tried to contact the hotel via phone, but since no one picked up, we had to start looking for another hotel. In the meantime someone returned a call saying that they supposedly sent an information to me that since the hotel is closed I should check in in the hotel across the street, which was booked for me. We did that and the personel in another hotel was really friendly and helpful. I checked later and no message about this change arrived before to my mail or booking, so even though they resolved the problem it's a shame that we lost an hour walking around, stressing. Thanks to Shusski our day got a bit better.
