very good price/value
Liked: A wonderful hotel in a convenient location. The owner is very friendly. The room is very nice and spacious. There is a refrigerator and a microwave. You can see the mountains from the balcony. The combination of price and quality is the best.
Disliked: Throughout the entire time I was there, my room wasn’t cleaned. Perhaps I should have asked for it, but I’m not sure. In some ways, that’s actually a plus, because I wasn’t bothered by room cleaning in the morning.
We returned to the hotel on our motorcycle trip after 18 years and were disappointed

Quaint accommodation for an authentic stay
Liked: Great quiet location in a quaint town in Andorra, away from the hustle and bustle but still accessible. Handy parking for my motorcycle and felt it was safe. This accommodation felt like staying with your grandparents, but in a good way. It is cozy, clean & rustic. Yes it is dated but it was very clean & the room even had a fridge. I was travelling alone so had a small single room but the bed was very comfortable; if a little noisy. The walls are very thin so you do hear your fellow guests, especially if they aren't very good at following the requested 9-9pm quiet time! I saw previous comments about the host being a little abrupt, I think that be down to language barrier & agree that maybe some important information could be written down in the rooms in various languages i.e check out times & what to do with the key; I know the key was a source of confusion. I would definitely stay again when I return to Andorra.
Disliked: Just difficulties with language although I am also aware I am the one visiting a foreign country. Maybe some written information would be helpful. I also missed there being no hand soap in the bathroom.
