  A place to return!

  Liked: Very nice personal, the recaption man extended the dinner time especially for us due to a traffic delay. Very tasty restaurant and services.

  great value for money for bad-gastein

  Liked: spacious rooms, insane amount of cupboard space, extra towels for wellness and swimming. beach bag!!!!! awesome idea. staff is friendly and attentive albeit clearly overworked and short-staffed. parking is ample and easy.

  Disliked: one of the waiters had an overly familiar style of communication. I'm not his buddy, but a customer and to couple that with prison tattoos, one has concerns. he seemed super-friendly and attentive to other guests but not really a great match for a family-focused place lack of space in room to hang towels.
