  Overall, it's a very good experience

  Liked: Spacious and quiet.

  Disliked: The description says the apartment has a washing machine, and it turned out there is no washing machine there. Also, the host request to remove the shoes when entering the apartment, and the slippers they provide do not seem like disposable ones. Luckily we all brought the slippers ourselves.

  Cozy and spacious spot in Bad Ischl

  Liked: This place far exceeded my expectations! The apartment was very clean upon arrival, extremely easy to get into, and was even more comfortable than we expected. In addition, the balconies are also a great plus! Our only regret was we wish we had stayed here longer

  Wanted to give a 10, but got disappointed at the end

  Liked: Modern and a lot of natural light

  Disliked: The owner accused our friends of breaking a window in their apartment. We stayed on our own ground floor and did not even know what happened on the second floor, and of course, we believe our friends. These kinds of things should be handled more politely. Also not happy that I am now dragged into this because I made the reservation but was not in the apartment where this happened. Our friends said this was not the case when they left, and they also took photos before leaving as they first wanted to give a good review on Google. So yes, the apartments are good, but be careful if they claim you broke something.

  Good communication, good value for the money.

  Liked: The location was great very close to the center. Beautiful view. The property was clean. Great communication with the owner, We had a problem - the Wi-Fi did not work and she gave us a partial refund for the inconvenient. Single bed was very comfortable.

  Disliked: The Wi-Fi didn’t work part of our stay. The double bed was very uncomfortable. It was supposed to be electric, but it did not work and its squeak and also the sheets was uncomfortable. There was also a lingerie machine that did not work.

  Spacious and comfortable apartment with great view

  Liked: Location is great to move around lakes around the area. Offers parking which is nice. Beautiful view on mountains. Very easy communicate with owner, also responsive to any needs.

  Disliked: There was a minor issue with shower, but it was solved immediately by owner and offered a nice detail to compensate. We had a pleasant stay!
