Fabulous
For Bregenz it's fine, but you have to be sporty or not go out often
Liked: The flat is good. It is very spacious, very clean, and the beds, the couch, the kitchen chairs were all very comfortable. I appreciated the large fridge, the kettle, and there were already basics in the kitchen.
Disliked: There are 9 flights of stairs until you reach the flat, without an elevator. I did not see any mention of this on the booking text. This is quite important information, especially for mobility impaired people, or simply elderly people. The check in is very late, at 4pm. I assumed the check out is then at a reasonable hour, but it is actually earlier than usual, at 10am. I texted the whatsapp number if we could get one hour later check out, and they ignored me. I never got an answer, even though the communication before this was good.
Exceptional
Great apartment with all the amenities
Liked: Great layout, very comfortable. All the amenities.
Disliked: It is advertised as "close to the lake" but it is a 20 min walk. Not too bad, but still. Also it is on the 4th floor without a lift, so take care if you have difficulties climbing stairs.
Super place, great host!
Liked: The host was extremely nice and helpful! The toiletries were missing, so after I messaged him, he brought them to us immediately! We even got a present to comfort us for that tiny problem. Also he helped us park our baby pram in a special locker room. Thanks a lot, it was a great stay!
Disliked: Walking 4 floors up is a bit rough:)
Superb
Liked: It was very well equipped and clean
Disliked: 9 flights of stairs to reach the loft 80 difficult steps up and 80 down.
Super
Liked: Mostly everything. Very good apartment. roomy, very big table, handsome feeling. The TV and internet were top. very good communication with entering the apartment. Well equiped apartment with everything what you need to prepare on your own. They have thought about even if you have forgotten your toothpast, brushes, shampoo and etc, small things that make you feel important. We liked the place, if we come to this region we shall stay again in this apartment. Close to it is a big supermarket. Perfect. Strongly Recomend
