  Liked: This is a fantastic apartment. It was very clean, beautiful, and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our apartment had a very large balcony, where my friends and I were able to enjoy the beautiful view over a glass of wine. The host was always available when needed, was very kind, and took the initiative to ask if we had found the apartment easily and if everything was okay. That was very nice. The apartment is conveniently located, as it’s about a 20-minute walk to both the lake and the city center. There is private parking in the building’s courtyard. There are two supermarkets ("Interspar" and "Hofer") very close to the apartment. If you’re staying in Bregenz for a few days, I highly recommend taking the cable car up to Mount Pfänder. Stunning views and an unforgettable experience!

  Liked: We actually did not manage to go to RS44 apartment due to urgent medical issue but I wanted to leave a positive review about the way they have handled the problem and the easiness in communication. We were a group of 3 families and we were the only one who did not stay there, I know for sure the other groups had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

  Very comfortable stay

  Liked: We stayed as a family of five, including our three children. The host was very kind. Even if we had any problems, they responded promptly, so we were able to enjoy our trip with peace of mind. Overall, the place is clean and the interior is stylish. We stayed in a room with a large terrace, so we were able to enjoy a nice dinner there. Parking in the courtyard is convenient.

  Disliked: The Wi-Fi automatically turns off in about two days of your stay, so each guest should be mindful of this in order to avoid roaming troubles.

  Liked: Clean, new, 20 min walk to the Seebuhne. Overall we really liked it. There is a big balcony. It is on quite a big road but was only a bit noisy.

  Disliked: Needs a microwave and a wooden spoon and spatula for cooking. The coffee machine takes strange pods which we couldn’t find in any shop, an ordinary filter would be better. There is only one bathroom, with the toilet in it, which could be a problem if all beds occupied. No lights in the bunk beds.
