  Good listing - Horrible payment

Liked: The apartment is really good. It is on a splendid location and it has underground garage nearby - which is super convenient when you travel by car like we did. Everything is as advertised excep the payment - see cons. It is clean and comfortable. The builidng has elevator in case you are travelling with small children

Disliked: What really pissed us is the payment. In the description, payment is possibe only in cash - THAT IS A LIE. You dont pay with booking.com. You are send a shady looking link in the chat and you are asked to proceed with payment outside booking.com (which I believe is in a breach of booking.com rules). Also you are asked to share your ID via the same link outside of booking.com (which booking.com is explicitly telling not to do in the same chat).

Disliked: All was good. Working with an agency was a little awkward.

Great apartment, but more assistance required

Liked: Location. Size of the property. Cleanliness. Ease of access to the property. Facilities included dishwasher and washing machine.

Disliked: No wifi. Apparently nothing done to rectify the problem after contact with the owner. Very hot in floor heating and no information provided on how to rectify this. Broken light fitting hanging down over the bathroom mirror.

Great apartment, just needs Air Con!

Liked: Good central location Has its only parking space adjacent in secure underground garage Spacious - looks exactly like the pics Very well equipped kitchen and washing machine

Disliked: Lacked air con - you have the windows open but then the bins get collected every morning around 5-6am which does get a bit annoying
