Very good
Not for hot days
Liked: Great location, and it was nice to have a coffee machine.
Disliked: We were under the impression that the bed linen had not been changed, as pillowcases smelled of 2 different perfumes. We therefore bought detergent and washed the bedding ourselves using the washing machine. As mentioned in other reviews, the flat also gets extremely hot during the day, to the point that we found it difficult to stay inside. At night, with the windows fully open, it was manageable. A sun umbrella on the terrace or curtains would partially solve the problem on hot days (it was around 30 degrees). On colder days the flat is probably very pleasant.
Liked: Great location close to city center, train and boat station and lake. Easy access, good amenities. Perfekt for a short trip to Bregenz, looking forward to visiting again.

Liked: Quiet street. Cosy terrasse with city view. Very clean. Well equipped. Comfortable bed. Easy check in. Separate bedroom one floor under the loft (main room and bathroom). Short walk from train station, shops/restaurants and swimming possibilities.
Disliked: Quite hot loft on sunny days. Missed black curtains in bedroom.

Disliked: Long walk upstairs to reach the room, especially with heavy luggage.
