  Wonderful place to stay - we loved it

  Liked: This was the cleanest property we have stayed at. It smelled so fresh as well. Great location and communication. The Ice Cream was an added bonus - it was so delicious.

  Liked: Lena and Alexander are nice hosts, though we didn't meet them in person. They communicated the check-in process with us in advance with clear instructions. The apartment was clean and had some useful appliances (fridge, stove, and dishes). They kindly put 2 home-made ice creams in the fridge for us. They were also available for any questions via Booking.com messages and would respond quickly. The location is quiet and close to the lake and the old town center. They provided a free public transport card.

  Disliked: The coffee machine is capsule-type and we didn't have coffee capsules. It would be good if the property provides some capsules or provide a more generic coffee maker. Bed is rather small and its position under the attic sloped ceiling is impractical. The apartment description mentions "Free on-site parking", but the parking is "street parking". At the bottom of the page it is mentioned "public parking", but it's not visible at first sight and what stands out is "on-site parking ", which is used for properties that have private parking. Properties with street parking uses the term "Street parking". When we arrived in the afternoon, there was only one parking spot available in the vicinity of the apartment and we were lucky, but later more spots become available. So not a huge problem, but a better description is needed.

  Clean, cozy and welcoming

  Liked: A very nice and extremely clean attic apartment in a large family house, perfect for a weekend stay. The location is practical, and you can easily walk to the city center. We especially appreciated the kind and welcoming young hosts, who were ready to help with anything we needed and gave us very useful recommendations. If something was missing from the apartment's equipement, we are sure they would gladly provide it. It was really refreshing to have personal contact, which is often lost nowadays with automatic check-in and check-out. And a special highlight – Lena’s homemade ice cream is absolutely delicious! We would definitely book again.
