Fabulous
Liked: Friendly and supportive staff! I am grateful for their assistance and support when I needed! The distance to the cable car, as well as to a grocery store and a sport clinic is unbeatable. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality! The sauna area was great. Breakfast was delicious.
good location near gondola, a couple of minor improvements would make it so much nicer
Liked: The location is right opposite the gondola ie 10 meters which is great but be minded its not in the main town, there is a tunnel under a hill that takes you to the town its a 5 minute walk. room was large and beds comfy.
Disliked: Would have appreciated a welcome basket as we arrived late and shops closed, just a few basics to get us through the night would have been nice. No clean towels offered the whole stay is not ideal as obviously skiing you need to shower regularly. No breakfast options…

great location, very basic amenities, good sound cancelling windows, average breakfast
Liked: proximity to the ski lifts
Disliked: thé hôtel was advertised as having spa facilities but these were shut down weeks before we arrived. when I complained the owners asked us to leave - possible mis translation but it was uncomfortable and agressive behaviour - they could have offered paid entry to the local spa or something but they behaved like they would rather not have guests. To this day I do not know if it was a booking report or a hotel error but you should not advertise spa facilities if they are closed
