Liked: .great location, friendly staff.
Disliked: Spa was closed and even if opened the facilities are very outdated. It should be made clear upon booking its closed then I wouldnt have stayed. I guess thats why its being refurbished..
Liked: Almost everything - great location - very close to the gondola s2, comfortable, clean and soundproof room, cozy atmosphere, exellent breakfast and dinner, good service.
Disliked: The pool is small - you can't swim, there is a jacuzzi and water massage, but the water is cool The sauna politics prohibited bath suits..
Liked: Lovely rooms, excellent food and meal choices but above all exceptionally wonderful, friendly and attentive hotel staff! Fantastic location, 1 min walk to Padratsch cable car and ski shops. Highly recommended!
