  Great resort hotel

  Liked: Spa Room size Excellent breakfast

  Disliked: Restaurant was often closed and not available for dining. Even when we dined, the options on the menu were very limited.

  Perfect for a long weekend by the lake

  Liked: Great location for reaching the lake and model village. Staff were friendly & helpful, and there are lots of facilities available. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The wellness centre offered lots of choice, but we weren't prepared for the no bathing suit policy in the sauna! Overall it was a wonderful place to stay for a long relaxing weekend.

  Pleasant, but lacking in some aspects

  Liked: The place is extremely clean, modern and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfy and pleasant to be in. The surroundings are beautiful and you can get to the city quickly with public transport.

  Disliked: I had the feeling there was always something lacking. The indoor pool was a little cold and a little shallow (ca 1.30m deep). The restaurant doesn't have fix working times for dinner - we arrived at 9pm and the kitchen was already closed. When you do manage to get in, the menu is an odd mix of Italian, Austrian, Oriental and Thai cuisine which didn't really make any sense. The breakfast is certainly not worth the 25€ per person we paid. The bar was decent, but, again, it closed early for a bar (12am).
