Liked: We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and welcoming, and everything we needed was provided. The location was very convenient, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. The communication was also excellent, and the host was very kind, helpful and available whenever we needed anything. We really appreciated the warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant! ❤️

Never again. Attitude a big problem here

Liked: Room was ok. Close to major sites within the city

Disliked: Although a nespresso machine is provided. Only 1 capsule of milk was in the fridge. We travelled with another couple who had no milk in their fridge. That was not the problem. When he went down to reception to ask for a little milk for his coffee in the room he was basically told “no we can’t give you any” and “why don’t you get yourself a coffee across the street”!!! Are you kidding me. I felt horrible since I picked this hotel for both couples. We had asked for extra pillows the night before and we’re told no problem but that never came. I was ready to forgive that one but outright arrogance to a customer is unforgivable. Shame on you!

Nice place for a short stay

Liked: Nice room, street view, good location.

Disliked: Only one option for breakfast and that was 38€ buffet. No option for continental breakfast.

Excellent place to stay in central Klagenfurt

Liked: Very comfortable bed. Spotless room. Very close to bus stops for lake, railway station etc, also to town sights, grocery store (closed Sunday), multiple eating places. Better located for easy transport links than many other places in Klagenfurt. Ask for the (free) Worthersee card at reception, it gets you discounts.

Disliked: No view - the room has a view onto an inner courtyard, that's all. Like many Austrian hotels, just a coffee maker, no kettle. So repeated small cups of hot water needed to make a cup of tea (own teabags!). Upstairs in the relax zone there was a kettle though. We'd definitely stay again despite the above minor matters.
