Lovely room, perfect location, and a comfortable stay

Liked: I really enjoyed the design of the room, and the bed was very comfortable. The accommodation is located on the main street, which is lovely, but it’s worth keeping in mind that you might hear some noise until around 22:00. This wasn’t a problem for me at all, though. The toilets were shared on each floor (so at most between two rooms), and I honestly expected them to be shared by more guests. Communication with the host was great as well, and the directions to the accommodation were clear and detailed. To future visitors, I would just recommend carefully checking the description, photos, and reviews beforehand. If you’re comfortable with the stairs, shared toilets, and the possibility of some street noise, you shouldn’t encounter any issues. If I visit Krems again, I would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Disliked: There could be an additional lock before entering the housing.

It was ok. The location was great and the price was too. Unfortunately, it also left much to be desired in terms of comf

Liked: The location was great and the room was clean.

Disliked: The room was hard to find as the directions were not clearly marked. Also, I had to reach out to check in, instead of it being sent to me ahead of time. Moreover, to check out, I also had to reach out; which is not a good first impression when it comes to overall service. Lastly, I did not like that the bathroom was outside of the room itself. Although there’s some limitations, maybe the door can just be moved to include the bathroom to the rest of the room, as well as mark the directions clearly and contact the guests in a timely manner.
