  Clean and comfortable, but very basic for the price

  Liked: The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a modern and very nice bathroom. Everything was well maintained and the property is conveniently located directly next to the railway station, which could be particularly useful for travellers arriving by train.

  Disliked: The room was very minimal, with almost no storage space for clothes apart from a small rack. The online check-in process felt unnecessarily complicated and the automated WhatsApp communication made the experience feel quite impersonal. Parking is on the street rather than dedicated to the property, which may be inconvenient depending on when you arrive. Overall, considering the facilities and experience offered, we felt the price was far too high for what is essentially a fairly basic room.

  A perfect place to stay in Krems

  Liked: I was nervous about staying here due to the negative reviews but it was absolutely perfect. It's right across from the train station and a few minutes walk to the historic centre. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was strong. There was a kitchen with a washing machine available for use.

  Disliked: Just two small things: the kitchen smelled faintly of smoke, the WiFi didn't work properly the second day.

  Cyclists- do not stay here

  Liked: We arrived at 3pm to the entrance which was surrounded by people loitering around as well as intoxicated people. We were so uncomfortable and felt unsafe so we left. No refund. No message returned by owner.

  Disliked: There is nowhere to leave bicycles other than at the train station opposite. There is a huge list of rules and fines if you break them.

  Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was very poor. At first glance, it seemed acceptable when entering the room, but once I got closer to the bed, I noticed that the pink carpet was already dark and dirty. The bed sheets also had several yellow stains, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwilling to sleep in the bed. In addition, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom that could not be eliminated even with the ventilation fan running. The toilet seat was not properly installed and could move around freely. Even the lid would not stay open and kept falling down by itself. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, and the room did not meet basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

  Avoid! Misadvertised, unsafe, mouldy, no wifi, noisy

  Disliked: Booked ‘an apartment’, but got a room. The photos of the kitchen and dining room are communal to 8-10 other rooms. Bikes were parked in there all evening / night. Damp mould smell everywhere. Shower leaked all over the floor. Men drinking on the doorstep, which felt unsafe (ground floor ‘apartment’). Contacted Customer Service, they said they’d look into it and then did nothing. Link to the WiFi instructions in the manual didn’t work, so no internet access. Loose toilet seat. Curtains don’t cover window. Noisy

  Disliked: ‏This accommodation is terrible. The location is annoying as it's close to the train station. The cleanliness is poor; the smell of sewage permeates the room. It's unbearable to sleep due to the noise. The kitchen is shared and lacks essential utensils. The Wi-Fi never works. The host is rude and imposes an unreasonable, non-refundable condition. I do not recommend staying here and will not repeat my experience. I regret my stay.
