Disliked: Very limited menu at the bar. Sometimes in the evening would be nice to eat something at the place.

  Dirty rooms, Rude staff

  Liked: It has parking

Disliked: I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. There was no housekeeping at all during my stay. I went to reception to ask someone to clean the room and change the bedsheets and bath towels, but instead of taking my request seriously, the staff were laughing and told me that cleaning is only done after checkout. I found this completely unacceptable for a 4-day stay. On top of that, some of the advertised facilities were missing or unavailable, which made the stay even more disappointing. The location is also inconvenient, as there are no shops or useful services nearby, making it difficult to get basic things when needed. Considering the price, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, service, and facilities. Unfortunately, the hotel felt overpriced for what it offers and how dirty it was. I would not recommend staying here.

I will be back as my Family live close by. But i will eat elsewhere

Disliked: We had a meal for the family in the Evening this time for convenience. Everything is frozen so that was very disappointing. Just NOT the sane as fresh homemade food.

Liked: Simple but comfortable hotel. As a climber I loved the possibility to use the boulder gym. It’s a bit outside of the city but the tram stop is 10 minutes walking distance

Disliked: The light system in the rooms is a bit annoying, it works with sensors and sometimes it doesn’t detect movements straight away. A switch for each light would be better
