  The hotel was tired

  Liked: The rooms were comfy and staff friendly and helpful

  Disliked: The shower holder was broken and we had to shower in another room along the corridor which the cleaning lady had just cleaned. It was not a great experience

  I will definitely never return!

  Liked: BIG NOTHING!

  Disliked: I made a reservation with the understanding that check-in was available until 10:00 PM. Before I arrived, I received a phone call asking if I could cancel my reservation, which I found very strange. Since I already had a confirmed booking and was on my way, I declined. I arrived at 9:45 PM, well within the stated check-in hours, but there was nobody at the reception and the hotel was completely locked. There was no prior communication or clear instructions about this situation. Instead of staying at the hotel I had booked, I was told to check in at another hotel owned by the same owner, which required an additional 10-minute drive. This was extremely inconvenient after a long journey. The room I was given was, to put it mildly, in a disgusting condition. The carpet was extremely dirty, the bathroom had hair left behind from previous guests, and the entire room smelled strongly of mold. It was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. To make matters worse, there wasn’t even a bottle of drinking water in the room, and the minibar was locked, so there wasn’t even an option to buy water. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The lack of communication, poor organization, and unacceptable cleanliness standards made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would not recommend staying here.
