  Liked: The instructions were clear and included photos, so it was easy to find the accommodation based on them. It was close to the location I needed to be at. There is a Billa supermarket right next door and a Spar a little further away, so it is very convenient for grocery shopping. It is also within easy reach of the city centre. The room has a balcony. There is no air conditioning, but despite that, it was possible to ventilate the room well and it did not feel too hot.

  Disliked: I received the check-in instructions only about an hour before I was supposed to arrive at the accommodation. In my experience, other apartments usually send this information at least 24 hours in advance. I found this extremely late. The host also did not respond to my question about whether an earlier check-in would be possible. In addition, they never signed their messages with a name and only referred to themselves as “Host”. The Wi-Fi connection was quite weak,

  Centric and clean apartment!

  Liked: Koko and Precious gave us instructions for picking up the keys and we didn't have any issues getting into the apartment. They were also amazing when we ran into some trouble and got everything sorted for us. The apartment is nice and clean. The building itself could use some major improvements, but overall we had a peaceful stay and were able to sleep very well.

  Disliked: Just to mention something, a shower curtain would be a great addition; otherwise, the floor gets soaked every time you take a shower.

  Perfect central location, beautiful views, great accommodation and nearby facilities, safe. LOVE IT

  Liked: BEST CHOICE!! 1. Brilliant Location: Next door to Ars Electronika, over the bridge and you are in the beautiful centre. 2. Tram and bus stops so close. 3. Food shop Billa, bakeries, tobacconist, takeaway/delivery so close 4. Accommodation is however quiet as it faces the opposite way with lovely view of river, church, and lit up Ars Electronika building. I loved sitting on the balcony. Much better than just staring at another building. The studio flat is immaculate and modern. Suitable for wheelchair users I think. Free washing machines on ground floor. Lift. Definitely would choose again

  Disliked: There was a tiny bit of graffiti nearby (tram underpass). I love graffiti art work but as I am getting older I saw it as a sign of an unsafe neighbourhood. Totally wrong. The accommodation area is a very good area and very safe. My Linz friend explained that Linz Youth find tagging cool.

  I felt like home with a great view of the Danube

  Liked: One can have breakfast on the balcony with a view of the Danube. The studio is within minutes of the tram stop and walking distance to the main sights in Linz. The studio has a homey feel. It’s quiet. The kitchenette is a plus. A very pleasant place instead of a hotel room.

  Disliked: A couple of hangers would be nice in case one has a dress or blouse to hang up.

  Easy, convenient, and right in Linz

  Liked: Very conveniently located.

  Disliked: I would recommend different scent diffusers, had to immediately open a window every time I came back to the apartment. It could be a bit overpowering.
