  Amazing design hotel

  Liked: Design of the hotel,the view,the lights,the cleaness

  Not as advertised! No sauna!

  Liked: Stayed here before, clean hotel.

  Disliked: The extra facilities were unavailable. We actually stayed here so we could use the sauna and it was not open. The breakfast was not good for the price.

  Highly recommended if you have some patience (or no need to reach reception)

  Liked: Great location rigth in the center with parking below, beautiful view to the cathedral, great modern room, felt even cleaner and more cosy than the last times, we really like the hotel and Austrian breakfast at nearby Jindrak

  Disliked: Reception is very very slow to reach whether from the parking lot (where we waited for too long until the door was opened) or via phone when we had to call several times on the day after we left. They are completely understaffed at reception. But if you reach them they are very helpful. We were also surprised that they had found the item in the room that we forgot and did not proactively call us about it, but then again were very friendly when we finaly managed to get through. Important info not given on booking: The Spa/Gym has be closed for a long time for renovation...

  Generally, it’s good!

  Liked: Central position in the city. Parking under hotel.

  Disliked: In the morning there are no bar, to have a good espresso! But in the hotel restaurant in the evening we have very good domestic dessert!
