  Liked: The location is perfect. Just in the center of the old town next to this charming paved room. A rich breakfast - love it. Lovely rooms especially the king's room.

  Disliked: We come to Schwarzer Bär every year, it is our favourite hotel in Linz, unfortunatelly this year we could not sleep until 3:00 in the morning due to very loud youngsters drinking in the neighborhood bar, just beside the hotel, it was very upsetting... you better should sort your neighbours out during weekend nights... sorry...

  Great for our needs at the price we got

  Liked: The location is perfect, there is an elevator, A/C was strong on a warm day, bathroom was large, everything was easy.

  Disliked: Bathroom door is a clear glass with a stripe of privacy which is awkward for traveling with my father. The door does not stop sound and smells. There's a convenient mirror that l let's you see into the bathroom from anywhere in the room so there's literally no privacy. Breakfast pricing has to be a joke. Pre checkin wouldn't work in English and had coding issues. Receptionist seemed unhappy to be working that day.

These addresses guide you to the entry to a pedestrian zone which you are permitted to enter by car to reach the hotel's parking garage.
