  Think twice before booking this

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: It was a ridiculous experience - 1) access code to the building did not work (so I had to access thru the garage for the two days we stayed - I called the hotline but nothing happened, not wven on day 2. 2) Stingy supply: we paid > €600 for two days and got 3 (three) coffee pads... not wven one coffee per person per day 3) no flexibility whatsoever regarding late checkout or slightly extended use of garagw 4) extensive policies on garbage separation but no setup to support this So overall: the only positive element is the location close to what is relevant for me.

  Liked: The suite was comfortable and clean. It was very spacious for one person for a short stay. Tram station is 5 minutes away and city center is right across the bridge.

  Disliked: Even though the bed was comfortable, I couldn’t sleep because of the church bells. It goes on every 15 minutes (on full hours 4 times + as many times as there are hours). The drain in the shower wasn’t working properly too. The entrance is a bit tucked away.

  An absolute nightmare – unsafe, unbearably hot, sleepless night

  Liked: Nothing!

  Disliked: I have never written a negative review before, but this experience was so extreme that I feel it's my duty to warn others. The apartment itself is modern and clean, but the location is a complete disaster. I spent the worst night of my life trapped in a 30°C room with NO AIR CONDITIONING and no way to open the window, because the street below was filled with drunk, homeless people screaming and fighting all night long. I had to call the police twice. The first time they came. The second time, they didn't even bother to show up. I couldn't sleep with the window closed because of the heat, and I couldn't sleep with it open because of the noise. I ended up having to take sleeping medication just to get a few hours of rest. The digital check-in and interior design might look nice, but what's the point of a pretty room if you can't sleep and don't feel safe? This is not a hotel—it's a trap. My advice to anyone reading: Do NOT book this place. Stay anywhere else in Linz. This address is a complete failure and ruined my entire stay. To Limehome: Please remove this apartment from your listing until you install proper air conditioning and soundproofing. Offering this to guests is simply negligent.

  Meeting the expected quality

  Liked: Like the previous time we used a Limehome apartment in Madrid, and remained very satisfied, we received the expected high quality service during our stay in Linz. In all aspects: location, furniture, equipment, cleanliness, modern and easy access - contactless but with clear and effective instructions, parking facility, etc. The very comfortable beds are to be especially mentioned! Quiet place in a short distance to the city centre (6-7 min. walking), rooms we used overlooked an internal yard and only the ringing of bells from the nearby church brought a bit of a pleasant exotic. Many dining options in close proximity.
