  Disliked: Owner not available when I called having difficulty with access to the building. No smoke detector in the room Storage locker lock difficult to operate. Required multiple attempts

  Clean and good location

  Liked: Location near "Landstrasse" in the city center is pretty cool. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was small but clean. Appreciate the towels and hair dryer.

  Disliked: Check-out was not that easy - as it is fully contactless. I think the system had a problem today with the time changing to winter-time in Austria and blocked our timely check-out. But there is a phone number to call and they seemed to know the issue and helped us directly. Old building, bit smelly in the hallway. Mattress too soft for our taste.

  Great location for Linz

  Liked: Ideal location right near the main square and very easy to find. The virtual check-in process was simple and easy to use. Room felt safe to leave belongings and things in.
