  Not the best stay especially in austria, but it is well located and acceptable. Breakfast is ok

  Liked: Location is perfect, 1 tram to the hauptbanhof ant the city center. Breakfast was enought but without warm food. (scrambled eggs or any other hot stuff)

  Disliked: Well hard to tell anything about the staff, we met only one of them, with no english knowledge although very kind. Room was quite good, but there were absolutey no way to hang anything in the bathroom, and the door of the shower was off. Not the best room, but it was cheap at the moment so it was okay.

  Excellent for short stay and using public transport

  Liked: Check-In is automated, but had checked-in and paid before arrival, had room code therefore entry was simple. Location to bus and tramline into centre.

  Not What I was Looking for

  Liked: The toilet and the room was clean.

  Disliked: First, there is an active construction site right next to the hotel. Due to the intense noise starting as early as 05:00 AM, I was unable to open the windows or get a proper night's sleep. Second, I experienced severe skin irritation/itching while using the hotel bedding. Even after buying my own bedsheets, the staff declined to wash them, which unfortunately meant the issue persisted. Third, language barrier was a significant problem. Neither the housekeeping staff nor the breakfast personnel spoke English, making it virtually impossible to communicate basic issues or get help when needed. On a positive note, the bathroom was clean and the breakfast was okay. However, the overall experience fell short of basic hospitality standards due to the sleep disturbance, hygiene concerns, and communication challenges.

  In a word, a disappointment!!!

  Disliked: Absolutely nothing, from the fact that the towels were horrible, we couldn't even use them, to the toilet seat that was still cracked and the mattresses that were literally a pain to sleep on!!!

  Liked: comfortable room with AC. I only used it to sleep there, for that it was fine. automatic check-in, really easy to use. I was lucky to have a parking there, there are only a few places, otherwise you have to go further...i don't know where, there was a map hanged outside.

  Disliked: breakfast is really really basic, if you are looking for b&b, there is an aldi nearby for breakfast. its far away from the city centre, however for me was good, as I had a venue nearby, with breakfast there also provided, but otherwise the breakfast is really thin.
