A comfortable enough stay for 2 nights
Liked: Comfortable room situated adjacent to Salzburg Hauptbahnhof. You get what you pay for with this property, an acceptable bed in a large room.
Disliked: Bed not the most comfortable and bathroom not very spacious.
Disliked: We checked in online and had already paid the city tax. However, a staff member claimed the payment wasn’t showing up in the system and asked us to wait. We waited for a very long time, yet she offered no solution and displayed a very unpleasant attitude. Fortunately, another staff member—a Black employee—stepped in and helped us with the check-in process, maintaining a cheerful demeanor. I wonder if the first staff member—a white woman who walked with a limp—was unpleasant because we are Asian? I didn’t catch her name. Aside from the issue with that staff member’s attitude, we were quite comfortable during our stay; the price was reasonable, the location was convenient, and the room was clean. This is my second time returning to this hotel.
