Liked: Bed was comfy and a kettle
Disliked: Very dark in back rooms. Bathroom not very clean. No staff
Good location. General condition was a bit tired
Liked: Location was good. Staff were generally helpful.
Disliked: Carpet in the room was tired and in need of renovation. The sink was cracked. It would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room inorder to make a drink.

Liked: Good hotel in strategic position just outside the old town, - Especially if you are going to Salzburg for the Festival. Nice and comfortable rooms, nice and polite staff.
Liked: Very good to join Salzburg music festival. Gross Festspielhouse is walking distance. the Bus transportaion free card is provided which is unexpected, and very nice service.
Disliked: If restaurant or bar is open at night, we can enjoy more.
Great breakfasts selection and excellent location
Liked: Good central location for visiting all the major attractions
Disliked: A bit challenging for heavy suitcases We appreciated the night clerks assistance to carrying our bags up to the elevator floor
