Good
Liked: It’s Lovely and excellent location
Disliked: No washrooms available before or After Check out. That’s a super down side as if you come back for your backe or Check in early you have to Walk to a public Park and pay for a public washroom
Liked: Very helpful manager and staff! Great location for train station and Old Town. Salzburg is a very walkable town to enjoy!
All in all, it was a comfortable two-night stay
Liked: We liked the fact that it was within walking distance of the train station.
Disliked: That said, what we didn’t enjoy was the trains running soooo close to the property - it was quite noisy till late at night. We also missed a morning coffee station in the room, especially seeing that there was no dining room with a breakfast option.

Liked: Friendly, local to town
Disliked: Beds were too small in length for me being 6ft & uncomfortable
Good stay, location and cost
Liked: Good location, close to the central train station and attractions. good sound proof, staff were cheerful.
Disliked: Few modifications can make major impact: 1- Putting kettle for tea and coffee in the rooms, 2- Painting the doors, 3- offering plastic cups and cutlery for guests, 4- The reception is present for more hours.
Good position, roomy comfortable rooms & friendly & knowledgable staff!
Liked: Big comfortable rooms with lots of space & old period tasteful furniture.
Disliked: A lift would have been nice but may not be possible in such an old building. The stairs are a bit of a challenge with heavy bags but still very able to be dealt with!
