Very good
Liked: Just outside the Salzburg main train station, where you can take buses and trams to all parts of the city. Lots of food options around the hotel and there is also a supermarket at the train station. My room was spacious, with a very high ceiling, which made it feel even bigger.
Liked: Hotel was a bit dated, but clean. Location is ideal - next to the train station.
Disliked: Breakfast was overpriced for its quality (medium quality, nothing bad, but limited options).
Comfortable stay, close to the station
Liked: The hotel is close to station and main locations. As a very good bonus was the guest mobility card, which allowed us to travel around Salzburg and even go to Germany for free.
Disliked: The bathroom seemed a little bit worn-out.
Liked: Couldn't be at a better location. 1 minute walk from the main train and bus station.
Disliked: Room service needs improvement. They just folded bedsheets when making the room. We realised there was a poly bag left on the floor erroneously, which was not even touched by the housekeeping. Used cups were not washed and left as it is in the room. The dustbin was not cleared.
