Very good
Liked: - staff very friendly - luggage store room after check out - bus stop (almost) in front
Liked: Location and warm staff
Disliked: Tapering roof coming inside room unable to move freely.
Liked: Excellent hotel, great off street out of sight parking, easy to find. The owner was lovely we arrived late but she was still around to tell us everything we needed to know. Excellent breakfast in the morning with so much choice and variety, plenty of coffee for our onward journey. Beds and room were super comfy. There’s a great little pub just down the street as well.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything to dislike about this property.
Liked: good location, good price, helpful staff
Disliked: the room is likely modified from attic, which is hot during the day under the sun. it is hard to cool it down with air conditioner. There is only one shower, and shower door is hard to close. I wish there is another shower for the family suite.
Good stay
Liked: Convenience location for public transport to the railway station. Well equipped kitchen.
Disliked: The soap dispensers in the bathroom did not work. The plug in the wash basin did not work

Disliked: 1. Location was found different after arrival. 2. No lift to third floor. Difficult for carrying the luggage upstairs. 3. Since the location was different, we had to carry our luggage far and lots of hassles. 4. There were no staffs other than reception to guide us to the property. 5. Not enough garbage bags.
