Pleasant
Bad stay
Liked: Only the helpful staff.
Disliked: The overall experience was disappointing. The hygiene standards were very poor—the fridge had a strong unpleasant odor, the floors were sticky, and most of the furnishings were old and worn out. The entire apartment had a persistent, musty smell that made the stay uncomfortable.
Superb
Liked: We rented 2x 2 BR Apartments, and I'd say we were so surprised how spacious the apartments are. The building is also just walking distance from the Train and Bus Station, and there are nearby shops and restaurants. The 1st apartment is so modern and stylish, but the other one is a bit old, but still manageable and we still slept comfortably.
Disliked: The entrance of the building is situated between pubs and you can smell cigarettes as well as in the building..

Liked: Nobody at the reception between 10:00 and 15:00 if you want to talk to the reception you have to call a phone number in Saudi Arabia and not Austria! The room smelled like somebody had been smoking for years and the smell was not properly rinsed out. The livingroom smelled so bad that we never used it. The kids found used chewing tobacco on the nightstands. Really dirty under the beds. The balcony was unusable due to literally hundreds of bird shit. At least one closet was unusable because it was falling apart. The tableware in the cupboard was dirty.

Dirty, cold, bad smelling, mold
Liked: The location is great, and the beds and towels were clean.
Disliked: It was mold in the bathroom, and it wasn't clean at all. The door on the balcony was broken, and we couldn't close it, so it was really cold in the apartment for this part of the year. That day was +3, so it was cold in the apartment. When we entered the apartment, it smelled like someone was smoking the day before (not cigarettes), and we were with a small kid, so it was really annoying. The place was very dirty, especially the kitchen and bathroom. What we paid for this wasn't realistic value. Thank God we needed just one night to stay.
