Fabulous

Great place to stay in Salzburg. Very comfortable
Liked: Not only did they have my room ready early, but the person that did my check in was absolutely amazing. They answered all of my questions including those for suggestions on where to eat, and where I could do laundry. They also helped me carry my heaviest suitcase up to my room. Breakfast was a little limited but only because I'm a picky eater. There were definitely a lot of options of cheeses and meats to choose from. The room itself is very spacious, the balcony was lovely. For the bathroom was also very spacious. One of my reading lights wasn't really working but I was able to use the other one next to the bed. Overall, it was one of the best accommodation experiences of my trip. I almost didn't want to leave.
Disliked: Because this location is near a park, having the windows open allowed for too much noise contamination inside the room at times.
Nice stay in a peaceful area of Salzburg
Liked: The rooms were big and clean. The property does not have elevator so if you have big luggage i would suggest to avoid it unless you are assigned rooms on the ground floor. They had a decent breakfast but almost no vegetarian options. The property is at a walking distance to the bus station. Location is good. One Staff in particular was very rude who entered our room directly when we were working and did not open the door in the morning. However the owner was very sweet and listened to our requests.

I would stay here again
Liked: The room was clean and spacious. It was nice to have a little table and chairs in the room as well as a fridge. The breakfast was fullfilling and there was a nice coffee machine. I was traveling with my 2 children and they loved being right nextdoor to a beautiful park and playground. Also about a 10-15 walk from the main train station. The hotel also included passes for the local public transportation which was a huge bonus for our family. 2 doors down from the University of Portland study abroad building.
Disliked: The only areas of improvement would be having a safe for the room to store passports and valuables and a curtain or door for the shower as there seemed to be some water damage around the bathroom.
