Exceptional
Disliked: The wood stiles and color, location, green yards and views
Liked: the historic building with charictors. Taking a bus to old town is conviniece and quick. The pretty good breakfast with your desired eggs.
Disliked: the price is high.
Exceptional experience
Liked: The room was a good size for Europe. Kali, Elisabeth, Caroline and their staff were exceptional. Nothing was a bother and although we only stayed a week we left feeling as though they were family. The hotel is toward the edge of the city but is close to nature walks through the beautiful forests of Salzburg. The hotel gave us free bus passes and we found the bus service brilliant so could get into the city, neighbouring suburbs and towns in the region quickly and easily.
Highly recommend this property for singles/couples
Liked: Location is really good, very peaceful. Staff are pleasant and supportive. Bus stop is just a walk away
Disliked: Breakfast options are less especially the hot food. Room is excellent, however the bed is not comfortable compared to other hotels. So was not getting proper sleep.

Old world hotel in a beautiful neighbourhood
Liked: On arrival around 1000, we were going to store our bags, but to our surprise we were given a room that was ready. Also given an extra hour at check-out, and they invited us to use the beautiful garden and pool until we could leave later in the day. Very helpful with any requests or questions. The location is about a 15-20 minute bus ride to town, free passes given.
Disliked: It's quite a small room & bathroom. Glad we brought our own pillows!
