Fabulous
Good value hotel close to all services
Liked: Reasonably close to the train station, and eateries, buses stop at the front of hotel. Free public transport is offered for guests. Buying a Salzburg pass will save you money and gets you into some venues quicker, no lining up. The buses run very frequently, waiting time is minimal. Breakfast was brilliant, plenty of tables. And there is a laundry in the basement.

Disliked: No “do not disturb”. notices to put on door. They clean every 3 days and I stayed 4 days and told the front desk I did not want housekeeping to come in the 3rd day,but they came in anyway.
Liked: Close to the station
Disliked: It is completely unreasonable that guest rooms are only cleaned once every three days. We are staying for exactly three days, which means our room wasn't cleaned or tidied up even once during our entire stay.
Liked: I really enjoyed the room, it was comfy, clean and modern.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room otherwise the room was perfect.

Liked: Very good and comfortable hotel and well situated near bus and train station. Laundrette was useful to have on site. The staff were excellent, both friendly and efficient.
