Liked: It is lovely appartment. It is spacious and located near train station as well as old town. Salzburg is not big city so this location is perfect for tourists.Anita is so lovely host, she is there for you whenever you need her. She keeps everything spotless. You will not find better host in Salzburg!

Lovely apartment, brilliant owners, great location - ideal for exploring Salzburg!
Liked: We stayed for a week and the apartment was great - it was clean, warm and peaceful. Brilliant owners made us feel really welcome, Anita met us at the apartment and provided all the information we needed. The apartment is not far from the centre of Salzburg, in a quiet lane about 20 minutes walk from the Mirabell Gardens, maybe 25 minutes to the cathedral. And there's a bus stop round the corner, frequent buses from there will drop you anywhere in the centre - or bring you home after a big day out! The guest travel pass covers local buses so you don't have to pay. It's also only ten or fifteen minutes walk from the main rail station, so if like us you arrive by rail, it's easy. It's a spacious apartment, and there's a nice kitchen with a modest selection of pans etc., fine for self-catering on holiday. There are supermarkets five or ten minutes walk away, and a few local restaurants, plenty more in town of course. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Liked: Our memorable stay in Salzburg was made truly special by our wonderful host, Anita. She and her family met us when we arrived in Salzburg. Her place is walkable distance from the Central Salzburg Train Station. She handed us the keys, patiently walked us through the apartment, and explained everything. Anita had very thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with more than the basics necessities. For that alone, I would happily give Anita 11 out of 10! It may seem like a small thing, but these little comforts make such a difference, especially when you arrive on a hot summer afternoon. It felt like someone had genuinely thought about the comfort of their guests, rather than simply providing the bare minimum. Anita was also very helpful in sharing information about nearby places we wanted to visit. During our stay, I unfortunately developed an eye infection. As it was a Saturday, most medical providers were closed. Thankfully, Anita guided us to a pharmacy at the Central Train Station, where the pharmacist patiently assisted us and helped us. Anita and her family went well beyond what we would normally expect from a host. Salzburg was beautiful, but having such a caring host made the experience even more special. We would love to stay with them again and highly recommend their place. She has set the bar very high as a host.
