Great people in Salzburg, welcoming and warm and friendly
Liked: Alex and team from the office were very helpful. Very polite always guiding us as this was our first trip. They truly cared for all their clients and treated us very well. We were very happy to see Dogs too being allowed in the hotel. Even though it was a bit far from the city centre we loved the warmth and kindness they showed on us throughout our stay. Absolute Customer delight!! Very happy to visit Salzburg again. Breakfast was always a great spread, the hot chocolate and croissants and cheese always a pleasure to enjoy every morning! Thanks to Salz tourism the travel was totally free and comfortable. Maybe Astoria can open a Dog spa and saloon it may bring in more bookings and reservations as i did observe the city did have a lot of Dog spas and saloons! Great going!! Happy to visit you again. Alex and team Your team stood out the best! Always willing to help with a smile.

Liked: The hotel provided us with free public transport tickets, which made getting around the city very convenient. Salzburg is such a welcoming city for tourists!
Liked: Breakfast, location, kindness of personnel
Disliked: Matrasses were very old, room was dirty, mold in the bathroom
Disliked: The elevator does not arrive at the floor where the rooms are. We artrived with heavy luggage and it was very annoying having to carry the luggage half floor upstairs and, checking out, halft floor downstairs. There was no help available.
Good location, professional staff, good breakfast, but hair was all over the rooms
Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. They were professional at check-in and check-out. The breakfast staff was professional and helpful. The buffet was good value. The complimentary bus tickets turned out t be very helpful. The bus stops close to the hotel.
Disliked: The room floors were not clean. We saw hair on the floor in every room. There was hair stuck on the complimentary mints. Even the bathtub drain was clogged with hair. Hair is the among the most disgusting objects to find in a room. The hair made the experience the worst for us.
