Magical stay 50 meters from Mozarts Birthplace
Liked: Beautiful old style hotel, comfortable and friendly.
Disliked: Limited facilities.
The facilities were great and housekeeping staff were kind, but getting chewed out for the mistake
Liked: Chose not to eat the breakfast. It was easy to get a coffee and croissant in Old Town. The location of this hotel is far and away superiorTo any other choice.

Disliked: Very confusing to get to the room in the new building. Room with “city view” looked out on building directly opposite so could see nothing. Very low ceiling (maybe 7 feet).
A hotel room, but great location

Uncomfortable and irritated about the cost of this dreadful hotel
Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: 1) The staff was rude and EXTREMELY reluctant to help. The hotel requests that you not use their towels to remove your makeup and provides single use wipes to use instead. The staff never restocks them and when we asked for additional wipes (as we were three women staying for 6 nights) the front desk clerk acted like we’d asked him to manufacture the wipes himself. I upgraded our room to a deluxe city view which was a HUGE mistake as the windows are so high up in the room that you couldn’t see anything if you tried - the only view was of the building across the street. The rooms were so poorly laid out that you had to bend down and slide under the tv hanging on the wall in order to get the other side of the bed. I understand that European hotel rooms are smaller but I’ve NEVER had to shimmy between the bed and tv to get to the desk. The rooms have zero sound proofing so we could hear both the guests next door and the ones above us constantly. The price of their continental breakfast is outrageous and you cannot purchase anything à la carte so don’t expect coffee in the morning. Our deluxe room had so little lighting that it was a struggle to see anything not that there was anything to see in the gray drab room. To get to our room l, we had to take an elevator to the first floor then walk down a long hallway with additional steps to yet another maze of a hallway to get in yet another elevator to ride to the third floor. The hangers in this four star hotel are attached to the closet rod permanently so don’t expect to steam anything unless you climb in the closet. Finally the coffin like tube of a shower was so small that I couldn’t even think about bending over in it.
